Been going here for over a decade. TFCU has always been the best. Since it's a credit union and their goal is people- focused and not money-making-focused, they actually have good loan rates and opportunities here. Their staff are pleasant and helpful. I especially appreciate how many menial things can now be done over the app instead of in-person or even worse, by phone! Getting a person on the phone is still a real nightmare, but the chat function on the app makes up for it.
TCU was very helpful when we purchased a car and needed a car loan. I have transferred my checking and savings accounts to them.
Email to chris fonseca Ignored. Sent on Thursday 7/24/25. As of 7/28/25, no reply. Not even an automated response. If the email is inactive/inaccurate it is the fault of the live virtual representative at tfcu via atm that gave it to me on that same Thursday at 5:57pm on 22nd Street
Not thrilled with these people. Never spent so much time angry at a credit union since I left traditional banks. Just went and closed my account and am on my way to Chase with the money after this post.
