Great service. Ton of help getting best deals to make our dreams come true
Warning, don’t get a loan from Tucson Federal. True been asking for an auto insurance policy which I’ve sent and adjusted for them numerous times yet there’s nothing they will accept. I just found out now I need to pay them $2700 for no proof of insurance. Please avoid them at all cost!
Lack of consistency and follow up, been a member for more than a year, recently requested a refinancing loan and it was a mess. For five days I was transferred from one person to another each of them said they were going to be the person to help me, although I received an email stating I was approved I had to resubmit documents to each person, frustrated I ended up getting it done at another bank now I will close my account it’s useless

Lady here named Lauri is pretty rude. Had an appointment and was next in line, and instead of helping me out she just told me she needed to help the next man in line behind me. Pretty obvious she picks her clients based on her liking.
