YOU MUST READ THIS! I am beside myself with frustration. My PCP (at the Grant location in Tucson) was too busy to see me one day, so they had me see another provider in the office. One year later, I received a bill (for that office visit) for over $400. My insurance company told me the provider that I saw at this office, (Grant location) is not in network with my insurance. I called the billing office (call center) and got absolutely no where with them. I left "several" messages for the Medical Office manager to call me back... read more
