I’ve been going to Tucson Bicycle Service for 6+ years since I moved back to Tucson after a good friend recommended them to me. Mario has helped me in every possible way between a mountain bike and e-bike. Couldn’t be happier with his work and affordable rates over the years. I don’t plan to go anywhere else. Cheers!
The dude was rude, impatient, refused to show me the durability of his lock because he clearly doesn’t have faith that it wouldn’t break, refused to have any refunds because he knows his locks aren’t up to par and he has no faith in them. Terrible service, terrible everything
I was on a loop ride today, it was going great when I developed a slow air leak in the rear tire. Had just enough air to make it to Tucson Bicycle Service just as they opened. (though not located directly on the loop) Mario took a look at the bike and tire, hooked me up with a sealant refill and offered to top off the front tire too. Nice to talk bikes w/ you a bit today and appreciate helping me get back on the pavement so quickly. Highly recommended bike shop service!
