ATM machine at the branch on Akers dispensed a damaged $20 bill to me and the bank refused to exchange it. Very poor customer service. Rude.
Cynthia Chavez at the Noble location made quick work of my interests while members at another branch did the exact opposite. Cynthia provided an excellent service. Thank you very much Cynthia.
I’ve lost my bank card several times and they made it really easy to acquire another one because I use it out of town to acquire a hotel They are always great here
