Apparently! Tucoemas on Noble AND Center are closed for lunch..what bank does that Tucoemas of course..People are on their lunch. Meaning, VERY limited time. The ONLY one that is open is the one on Akers how ridiculous that's on the other side of visalia really
says its open but no one is answering the phone fix that asap
ATM machine at the branch on Akers dispensed a damaged $20 bill to me and the bank refused to exchange it. Very poor customer service. Rude.
