I hired Tucker’s Taxes to help resolve my back tax filings and provided all the required information promptly. I also paid their fee upfront. It’s now been over two months, and I haven’t received any updates. My emails and voicemails have gone unanswered, and I’m starting to feel completely ghosted. If you are not going to assist me, please return my tax documents and refund the money I paid. This level of unresponsiveness is very unprofessional and disappointing.
This place has the worst service of all. The staff are very unfriendly and irresponsible. They won't do your income tax on time as they promised and they don't answer phone calls.
