I reached out to him after getting screwed over by another local bankruptcy attorney (not naming names). Hired him immediately. He also helped me work with the bankruptcy court to purchase my home (if you are Chapter 13 and making payments, this can be done and he knows exactly how). He is the one who gets the job done. Should have hired him first when it came to this. Super nice and so is his receptionist.

Very unprofessional and not even smart enough to spell check his legal documents
Worst lawyer. He was very unprofessional and rude. We did our bankruptcy through him years ago. Once it was finalized, he turned into an impolite, impatient person.
I have used Mr Tucker many many moons ago, he is the best!!! Such a great person!!! Wish I could use him for all my lawyer needs!
