I came here a few years ago and the man was very helpful. Just went back recently and the young people working there now are so rude and unfriendly. They were so annoyed to have a customer there. Won’t be back again.
I brought a guitar there for 200 dollars. Turns out the guitar is broken and unrepairable, the neck is bent horrifically and it doesn’t play at all rendering it useless. i took it back the next day the guy working there says there’s no problem with it and it plays well. the whole time the guy is stuttering and frustrated saying the guitar works fine when he’s trying it out and it obviously doesn’t work.He then calls the owner and the owner says all sales are final when keep in mind i was never told all sales are final and i ... read more
