This is the one of the worst companies I've ever worked for. The operational manager lies, threatened the jobs of the workers every week, talks about how stupid the president of the company, flirts with the young girl in the Albany office. He comes up with new rules that are not in the hand book, every week. The place is unsafe to work at. These people make the poorest quality door I have ever installed. None of the strikers line up and the doors will warp just leaning against the walls for two hours. These people produce nothing but trash.
