Tucker made my bike ride better than new, communicated well and patiently, and made me feel welcome despite having . I try to maintain my bike but didn't want to mess with the rear derailleur when it broke on my daily commuter. My bike's not nice, but he encouraged me to keep riding it as it's a "good bike and I got enjoyment out of it.". Said my breaks are low but didn't at all try to sell me. Reallygreat experience and he will be where I take my bike as long as I'm in the area.
If I could give six stars I would! Brought my very old bike to have the rusty chain fixed and a tire fixed. He was so nice and got it done in less than two hours! Very happy!

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We brought in 2 bikes to get tuned up, and they gave me a reasonable quote and got the work done fast. They are so incredible in fact, we just dropped in yesterday w/a broken pedal and they replaced both pedals on the spot and for free. They are fast, honest, and extremely well priced. The best bike shop in Jacksonville.
Was visiting Jacksonville for RAP Home Tour and came out of one of the homes to find I had a flat tire. Turned out we were just a couple of blocks away from this super bike shop! The guys were awesome, fixed my bike up in no time (for way less $ than I expected) and we went happily on our way! Highly recommend!
