They charged me a 50% fee on a on a collection that had been paid in full prior to them contacting the debtor. I asked if they would consider to negotiate 30% fee. They flat out refused. I had been a client of theirs since 2021
Michael Zubin is a very rude and disrespectful person. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM. HE WILL TREAT YOU BAD.
