These creeps call ALL the time. They demand to be transferred to "the boss" - (my husband is the owner, but little does this troll know who the BOSS is - it is the WIFE) and then they refuse to say WHY they are calling. Does any secretary blindly transfer a caller through to her Boss? NO. They try to make it sound like they are a friend - "It's Brian" - while you can clearly hear the boiler room cesspool call center in the background. No, even if I did want what they are peddling, I would never buy from them.

rude and unprofessional - scott london was the contact who told me to shut up and listen to him - probably not a winning strategy for most people - and on a bogus claim that tucker albin should understand.

Was called by Chris Reid prior to today and this morning. When I didn't engage in his cordial condescension and got off the phone. He called back and threatened me. I hung up again. He called back and called me names and threatened me again. I hung up. He called again. I didn't answer. He called again and I picked up. He called me names, threatened to keep calling. I feel threatened and harassed!

I received a call from a company claiming to be called “Tucker Industries” and while I let them do their sales pitch, I was busy Googling them. I couldn’t find anyone called “Tucker Industries” but when i searched for “Tucker debt” up came Tucker, Albin and Associates which was found guilty of debt collection fraud. I asked the sales rep whether Tucker Albin and Associates were ever found guilty of debt collection fraud to which he emphatically said no and claimed that he wasn’t from Tucker Albin and Associates but rather “... read more

Gary Wood called my cell phone early this morning threating my business and my home. He even went so far as to tell me what my home address is! Then stated that PI's would be paying my office and even my home a visit. He was screaming the whole time while I remained quiet and calm. Unbelievable. He is trying to collect for another criminal company that committed fraud to create a bogus debt. Received a cold call from a rep at the company and he prefaced the conversation as he just wanted to give me his rates and if I didn't like them I could hang up. He then proceeded to ask me about my A/R and focused in on one of them to which I gave him general details. Once I told him i wasn't interested in collecting from them for personal reasons he wanted to go on to another client that I was interested in collecting from.
