We have been loyal customers of the Northfield Tuckahoe bike shop for years. My husband brought my bike in for a flat tire repair 3 weeks ago and even though it was just a fast easy repair we were put in a queue which made us wait a whole week to get the bike back. We paid over $50 to have the tire and tube replaced which is okay. 2 weeks later it went flat and we brought it back. It took another week to get the bike back. Without his expertise, I don’t know how I would have navigated the situation! I truly appreciate his effort, time, and kindness.
