I went to the Tuckahoe Bike Shop in Northfield, and I was tossed between several bikes. After test riding the Biria and Trek Verve 2, I bought the Trek Verve. I needed a step-thru bike, and the Verve was easier for me to get on. I use it for pleasure and riding to work. The gears and braking are easier to use than my old bike. And, no, it’s not an Ebike…that defeats the purpose of exercising! Thank you, Tuckahoe Bike Shop, for the great product information that you provided me and in helping me make my decision on the Trek!

I purchased 2 used Hyper beach cruisers from this Bike Shop less than one year ago. Since then, we have experienced seven (7) flat tires in total. We had 3 flat tires after the first time we rode the bikes less than a mile from our home! The bikes were returned to this Shop, who replaced the inner tubes. Last month, we experienced 2 more flats and paid a local Bike Shop on the island $120 for 4 new inner tubes. Yesterday, I had yet another flat tire and ended up walking it a mile back to my home.
