I have thought long and hard about posting the review. I do not like giving bad reviews to businesses. But these guys are just terrible. I brought my bike in for a tune up. That was the last time this summer (the whole summer) that it worked. $365 and one week later (new chain, cassette, and a host of other things) I got bike back. Within 50 miles my drive train suffered a catastrophic failure with the chain coming apart and tearing off the derailluer stranding me.
