Bank Manager is very disrespectful. I'll be taking my business to the Edmond location from now on. At least they treat you with a modicum of respect. If you don't want me to come here for change, then make it clear in your policy that you don't have enough change. Claiming that i come here too often is blatantly disrespectful and almost like you don't want my business. I've only been here once last week. Before that was over 6 months since my last visit. Very well, you got your wish! I'll never be back.
Selling a car to someone who has an account here. My title has no lien, what a pain the.... Way too much paperwork and waiting when they had a pre approval.
I wouldn't use TTCU, ive been banking here over a decade and one time I have an issue and need to dispute they sided with company, couldn't have cared less about finding a new bank so definitely do not care about thier members and they will 100% LIE TO YOUR FACE.
