I originally thought this was a decent place In regards to my auto loan. Here it is. 5 years later, making payments every month. Only missin 1 month. Ttcu is NOT processing pymts in a timely manner and when you call to ask why they robotically tell you we receive and process pymts when received.Liars will never use them afain!
Bank Manager is very disrespectful. I'll be taking my business to the Edmond location from now on. At least they treat you with a modicum of respect. If you don't want me to come here for change, then make it clear in your policy that you don't have enough change. Claiming that i come here too often is blatantly disrespectful and almost like you don't want my business. I've only been here once last week. Before that was over 6 months since my last visit. Very well, you got your wish! I'll never be back.
