Great Credit Union. I have been a member for about 40 years!
I deposited a payroll check from one of the largest auto groups in BA at an ATM here on Wednesday June 24th. They employ hundred to thousands of people in Oklahoma. It is now Monday, June 29th and I won't have access until tomorrow 🥰 "Because the check was deposited at the ATM and they only collect them on certain days, there is a 72 business hour hold on the funds." The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Ray who not only guided me through a pretty complicated situation but also remembered me and came up to me to help as soon as he saw me despite not having to. They made it quick and easy to get in and out.
Quite bothersome experience, they are a credit union that allows 2 credit unions I currently work with but new process made it very difficult to work with and the girl handling my problems treated me like I was bothersome for her. She was not good with handling people respectfully.
