This is the worst TTCU branch I have ever encountered. They have an uncanny ability to turn even the simplest matters into unnecessarily complicated ordeals, and even something as straightforward as exchanging money becomes an arduous process.

I've had a car loan with them in the past everything went well. But my most recent experience did not go so well I did the application I paid a donation so I didn't fit any of their criteria everything was good to go until I drove over 2 hours away to purchase a vehicle and then found out that they do not do loans on commercial vehicle. So after driving 2 hours and sitting in front of the salesman I had to come up with a different plan which put me in a bind. Went to do business with TTCU in Broken Arrow where I normally go. Was helped by Shayla who greeted me with “I can help you” but no eye contact and no smile. I told here what I needed and she didn’t say a word to me the rest of the time except to tell me should would be right back. She wasn’t gone long but still didn’t talk to me at all except to count the cash I withdrew, but miscounted it at the end. I recounted it and she still didn’t say anything.
