The staff at the location Broken Arrow are awesome. Every one of them are always pleasant and professional.
Went to the bank to talk to someone. They put me in a room to video conference a teller. I knew it was going downhill when they got rud of the drive thru and replaced them with video tellers.... Why even have branches if you don't staff them?
