TTCU just required a mandatory update on their app. If you don't have a new phone, you can't use the app anymore. I love TTCU but I need to use the app for my businesses and personal finances. I might have to change credit unions. 🥺
Can't tell you how many times my accounts have been locked for trying to make normal unsuspicious purchases. Usually at the most inconvenient times like a weekend. Also overdraft protection just means they'll take the funds from another account you have with them but if not then you'll get like $25 or $30 overdraft fee per charge. I've delt with both situations multiple times. I think I'm going in sometime this next week pulling out all my money and closing my accounts.
