Miami Oklahoma best bank
They are probably the worst bank I have ever gotten a loan from and will never get a loan from them again paid on the loan for 2 years never missed a payment or was late then the 3rd year fell on hard times called them always stayed in touch never hid from them they said they would work with me and if I made some payments they would keep working with me got home 10 minutes later tow truck hooked up and he said they had been scooting it for the last three months to repo it so the hole time they said they were working with me ... read more
The worst banking experience in my life!!! I feel very threatened by the experience and my PTSD kicked in - I will be contacting an attorney for possible legal action - unbelievable that a bank would allow an employee to behave so rudely!!!!!
Would not recommend whatsoever. Their customer service doesn’t know their policy, their branch workers don’t know their policy, and the supervisor on sight is rude and condescending. Your mattress is probably a better bank
Would give 0 reviews if that was an option. Watch your money. I recieved a fraudulent $100. From Miami office last week. Because I left the premises. They are doing nothing about it. Watch your money!!! How am I supposed to know it's fraudulent until I go to spend it??
