I had a very unpleasant experience at this store today. The staff member who handled my checkout was extremely rude and unprofessional. She spoke to me in a harsh tone for no reason, and after scanning my items, she carelessly tossed them onto the counter. The whole interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and disrespectful. I hope the management takes this seriously and reminds staff to maintain a respectful attitude toward all customers.

I’ve said the Chinatown and Lansdowne T&Ts seem to be two of the smaller locations, but the Ora store is definitely the smallest. It still carries everything the other stores carry but on a smaller scale; the most obvious scaled down areas are the fresh produce, hot foods, and bakery sections, which are all adjacent to one another. If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This is by far the worst Chinese supermarket I’ve ever encountered — not just in Richmond, but possibly in all of Canada. They have zero concept of customer service and treat shoppers with utter disregard. I’ve had two terrible experiences here.
