I went there with my mom who is 80+ years old for groceries shopping. Cashier Grace was very unwelcoming their customer. No greeting, it is normal at Asia supermarkets, but she was very impatient. My mom talked to her in the same language she speaks (heard that she talked to other staffs), she ignored her. T&T Supermarket is a solid option for groceries and a quick meal. The self-serve hot food section was good with a decent variety, and the store itself is clean, spacious, and well-stocked. A overall pleasant place to shop.

Compliments to Belinda, the staff works at customer service and self check out counter in Kanata T&T. She is very helpful, professional and tentative to the customers’ need. Recently I have been using self check out more and always saw her around to help customers and support coworkers. She definitely performs a high level of customer service. Thank you!
