Terrible experience. The old lady working in the bakery area had really bad attitude towards my mom after my mom simply asked for if there’s any pork bun. I saw her facial expression with impatience and her attitude was extremely terrible. I reported her to the customer service and there was a lady who helped us with the issue. I asked the customer service lady for many times about the name of the bakery lady, but she said she does not know about her name but something weird to me would be they spoke Cantonese to each other ... read more
