Do not purchase from this store! I bought a couch in December 2024, 6 months later still no couch and I was charged in full! I’ve asked for a refund and have just been given the run around. Customer service has been terrible. Looks like many people are going to loose their money. Store is now closed.
DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE!!! The customer service is terrible!! They don’t follow through on anything… I ordered a couch back in November 2024 and was told it would be about 10 to 14 weeks for delivery, we are now rolling into 22 weeks later (6 months) and still no couch. Every time I call I get a new estimated delivery date. I was supposed to only be charged a 20% deposit fee, but they charged me full price, $3,000 to be exact!!
