I recently visited this hair spa and had such a relaxing and enjoyable experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. The staff was super friendly and made me feel comfortable right away.
Fairly recently, I discovered the abundance of establishments devoted to the practice of hair and scalp care, particularly in San Gabriel and nearby environs. After visiting the first place that I found that concentrated on these treatments, I became hooked. The combination of relaxation and hair and scalp invigoration, rejuvenation and health was (and is) very appealing. Kiko was amazing. I purchased the “My Special Treat” package. It was well worth it. I was so relaxed and Kiko was very attentive and spent a long time with me always making sure I was comfortable. I highly recommend asking for Kiko.
As a wavy hair girl, I felt singled out and uncomfortable by the way the manager was treating me. The consultation and treatment was overall relaxing and great but once I made it back to the salon chair and the manager, Teresa, came out… it went down hill quickly. She was hard selling the product to my friends and I. It was very awkward and made us feel like we were obliged to buy product.
