The worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with! I closed my account in January and have called twice a month now for 5 months and these people can't seem to get their act together. I have received service charges every month since! They all say oh this time I promise you it's closed! You can't get a direct number to speak to the same person and clearly case #'s don't mean a darn thing! This is a scam company. They somehow got a hold of my business bank info and have been charging me fees of $100-$400 per month for months. I caught on and tried to call and they then have someone in the Philippines trying to steal your personal info. I just finished filing a police report with the Columbus , Georgia police. They need to be stopped. It is sad that so many leeches will take advantage of individuals and small businesses wherever they can. So frustrating.
Dishonest business practices. Constantly add fees and raise the rates without notice. NO integrity as a company to do the right thing. I feel for all of the older business owners that are being taken advantage of by this dishonest and unethical company. After cancelling I was charge an upgrade fee on my last statement (which I never agreed or asked for) and was refused a refund.
Fraudulent charges processed against my business credit card - they could care less
Horrible company to work for. The supervisors are mean and do not care to help you make your job easier. No raises and even working from home it was very stressful. I do not recommend working for this company
