On the expensive side (you will most likely get a better deal with another carrier), lost shipments and missed appointments with no accountability. If they miss your appointment and you are charged by the receiving company, they are definitely not paying your fine, even though it was their fault. Use another carrier, especially if you are a business looking for a regular carrier and have dealings with major corporations. Agree with majority of people here stating this company is terrible. Customer service does not exist here, I had a shipment marked urgent and there was zero urgency on their end. At the end, the shipment missed the deadline required, and when you contact customer service there is no action, no solution based approach, no accountability, no help. Unfortunately this is the case with most shipping companies, but I've had this experience numerous times with TST. Avoid them at all costs if you can.

Disappointing at best. Use another carrier Poor customer service if you do speak to someone, zero accountability, no traceability and lack of response from anyone despite numerous attempts to reconcile very simple issues. Our deliveries were lost on several occasions, then held for pick up at a depot which is difficult to get in or out of. We were sent to collections when they stopped responding to our requests for a credit on an appointment fee, that was never requested by us.
