Disappointing at best. Use another carrier Poor customer service if you do speak to someone, zero accountability, no traceability and lack of response from anyone despite numerous attempts to reconcile very simple issues. Our deliveries were lost on several occasions, then held for pick up at a depot which is difficult to get in or out of. Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! If I could give TST-CF Express zero stars, I absolutely would. This is by far the worst shipping company I’ve ever dealt with. They are unprofessional, unreliable, and show complete disregard for their customers' time and property. The worst part is their blatant disregard for fairness.
