Leading up to our picture day for our preschool, Wayne was great in communication, we had difficulty afterwards. Pictures were great, although some hiccups with parents email, but Wayne was able to correct it. We were expecting him to drop of our staff IDs and our school percentage, and he never did. Our pictures were taken in December, it's been 3 months and after many attempts of emailing and contacting him, we have yet to receive an answer. We will not be using TSS Photography in the future.

Would not recommend. They had 2 photographers with completely different lighting set ups, which resulted in obvious differences in team/sibling photos (IE some jerseys looked white & some looked pink). They also pieced together team photos in a fashion that made some small kids look huge & bigger kids look tiny. They shipped out these very poor quality photos, that requires multiple attempts to get “fixed.” The fixed photos are still not good. Definitely would NOT recommend.
