The worst experience with the worst staff. Surprised this company is still around. Been waiting for these photos for 2 weeks now. Insane. 0/10 if I could give a negative star I would.
Horrible response time when they responded, which was rare, and then nonexistent once they believed no money was in it for them
Horrible customer service. I wish the parents had a say in who we use for senior portraits and things like that. I can’t even see my son because of all of the copyright bull crap on the pics. Like Jim said it’s totally distracting from the pic. It’s hard to select backgrounds for the pics with the terrible watermarks all over the pic. I couldn’t even see how my son’s hair look. Not ordering these pics. Will schedule with lifetouch or a private photographer for my sons senior pics
They had great tball pictures of my sons first year. When I went to order them they disappeared! I emailed no reply I called they answered right away but kept telling me they would fix it for 2 weeks. Then when it’s time to order them on the due date they email me and say my son’s photos can not be retrieved. Horrible
