$550.00 for two years of tax work is high for 2 single W2's. I could have done it through the IRS for free, But I wanted to get things taken care of by a professional because I missed a year of filling. It got handled, but at that rate, TSS accounting is no longer a good value for my particular tax prep needs.
Travis helped my husband deal with a tax situation that had been weighing on us for years and he refused to take payment for it, despite taking the time out of his day to get back to us, explain what we needed to do, and help us submit some very easy forms. He explained the process without judgement and was friendly and helpful the entire time. We are eternally grateful to him and TSS for this assistance and will recommend them to everyone.
