This company has been trying to collect a PAID collection for some time. I have been on the phone multiple times to attempt to get this removed from my credit as it has already been paid for. Even went as far as having the original creditor send me the receipt from the original collection to send to this company . I have disputed this account multiple times . If 0 was an option that’s what I would have rated it🤷🏾♀️.
Horrible service paid off a debt in 2019 and never received a receipt and now that I’m asking for a email receipt i have to wait 72 hours to get it what kind of service is that…… and they didn’t report it to the company that placed it there you would think they would have at least done that part….
