Jenny is my mentor-chefs kiss...she's amazing. Eddia and taxdad have been so wonderful as well. All of them are always available to answer your questions or help. Its a blessing. This course and everyone in it is a wealth of knowledge. I was a little nervous at the start but they make me feel like i got it and they are always there to help.
