Tired to hire these guys to represent my eviction case. They took my $400 and sent me an email with documents. Then when I sent them the next round of documents they told me they couldn't represent me with no reasoning. I wouldn't waste your $400 meeting with them. No other company charged me to consult. I was under the impression these guys would be more efficient and this was not the case.
The apartment community that I just moved out of all, of the lease documents have this company‘s name on them. I just moved out of Ascend at Red Rocks Leasing an AMC property. The property manager and The assistant property manager, are stating that all of the lease documents and move out documents That have your law office’s name all over them, Are not technically legal documents and they do not have to follow anything that is the Landlord’s Responsibility. Sent us an initial quite offensive letter and after we replied they stopped being responsive. I am sending constant requests for updates to receive absolutely nothing in return.
Stop sending me eviction and court notices on my door and sending me letters in my mailbox as well I pay rent every month like everybody else! If I’m 5 days late on my rent you guys are so quick to leave a notice on my door! This is illegal and harassment!!! Do this to people that DON’T pay their rent in months!!! If I get another illegal notice or a letter from you guys I’m filing a lawsuit against this law firm this is harassment and it stresses me out and triggers my anxiety I have so much other stuff to worry about!
