I sent an email trying to see how to pay in accordance with a stipulation. I got no response. I tried again. No response for hours. I tried to access their official website, and it doesn't work. Please contact me on Monday.
Also they don't follow to the letter of the law. I signed a stipulation that stated all future conflicts would be handled by a Magistrate in small claims and by signing the stipulation we could no longer escalate to county court. Then, your firm escalated the case to county court anyways. I guess rules don't apply to you. Your parking garage collapsed and your employees can't access their cars sounds like some payback justice for your actions in supporting the awful landlords plaguing the state. I had an issue and the end result was in my favor, even though Zachary Dupuis was representing the opposing party, he was outstanding as an attorney on how he mitigated the issue to be resolved and it being in my favor. he’s very down to earth very fair, very professional with confidence of steel.
