Complete lack of remorse for incompetent management and non existent communication of plans and financial penalties when stop blocks were set in place and yet still ignored by TSC. Would never recommend them to anyone ever, and if you decided to ignore that and call use them anyway and get Pete Mithun just ask for someone else, as he doesn't care about the individuals he's managing only for his own paycheck.

Update: it has been confirmed that it was TSC responsibility to notify me of the availability of my funds. When questioned by investment company, karen "conviently " remembered that she had notified me although this "new" information was not offered to me the first time I spoke to her. She conveniently only remembered when she had to come up with an excuse

My opinion is these people are being led around by the businesses that use their service and pay for it rather than ethics. I am getting divorced and they processed a QDRO for myself for almost $400 thousand. It is my opinion it was their responsibility to let me know those funds were available to me but failed to do so because they knew I would move the money out of the retirement fund they were the 3rd party administrator for and that was not in their best interest.
