There is no comparison between the company I dealt with previously & Mark & his staff at Tsawwassen Hearing. Mark is friendly, knowledgeable & compassionate. He & his staff are exceptional. I’d never go anywhere else.

As a 67 year old, I was curious about the aging effects on my hearing. I heard about (pun intended) The Tsawwassen Hearing center in the local Optimist Newspaper, and decided to have it checked out. I was greeted by a welcoming receptionist named Wendy and proceeded with an ear examination by Chris who explained and showed the condition of my ears through a very cool camera. Mark and Wendy create a warm, welcoming and helpful atmosphere in their office. I particularly appreciated the time Mark spent explaining how the ear and hearing work. There was no pressure to buy anything I didn't need. I know I can go to them for clear information and advice on my hearing.
