I snagged a next day appointment which is not typical especially trying to book on a Saturday. I arrived 5 min late and they had no problem accommodating me, even with a completely booked schedule. The experience was pleasant and efficient. I got my KTN the following day.
Had a TSA Precheck appt at 1130am on a Saturday. Showed up at 1115am and we were taken back right at 1130am. People were super friendly, the whole thing was very easy and fast. Many people with appts for Precheck, but everything was smooth. Wanted to add a review because I didn't see many current ones. Everything was great - would recommend!

Worst ever. Unprofessional. Told us this is their secondary thing. We left.
