I've been coming to T's for a couple years now and always liked it. Staff were good, service was fine, great website for checking stock, and the discount was just built in. No hassle. Now, today, they ask for my phone number to enter me in their system to get the discount that used to be included by default. Ended up having to pay a premium for the same product because I did not give my number out, even though it is advertised on their website at a cheaper price.
