Used to be my favourite neighbourhood dispensary. Recently, I had an experience that will prevent me from coming back again. Sold me a cart that tasted completely burnt right off the bat like straight coil So I went to exchange it. Tall brown guy starts acting all rude with me talking about how he’s been there for years and has never sold a bad cart so it’s obviously user error?? Way to make a customer never come back lol PS. Had a great first time experience there. The staff was very helpful and knew a lot about the products. Will definitely go back again!
I showed up 3 minutes before closing, just needed one quick item. As I walked up, the employee locked the door right in front of me. He even gestured for me to “wait,” so I thought he was going to reopen the door after closing the garage gate — but instead it was just to dismiss me. I understand closing times, but refusing a customer before the actual closing time and doing it in such a disrespectful way is unacceptable. Won’t be coming back.
