be careful as they will lose your money in a banking glitch, this is the first time they have not been able to find my money but they have issues with their online banking often. Avis put a pre authorization on my account for $362.07 on or around July 11th, 2024 and the bank put a temporary hold on the funds in my account. I've been hacked three times without anyone informing me. Went to use my card and it was declined without anyone contacting me or letting me know.
I love supporting local and was super happy with TS Bank along time so I stayed with them for over 15 years. However, as they've expended, I've noticed errors being made from the bank on accounts. On one occasion, I made a cash deposit into my account that was processed on their end as a withdraw in error (over $500). I understand that we're all human but after more recent errors, I feel a little bit of accountability on the banks end for the errors made would have gone a long way for preventing a long time customer from swi... read more
