I needed new shoes and I heard good things about Try Sports. I stopped in and the employee had me run on the treadmill to analyze my running habits. This took just a minute and she knew exactly what kind of shoe I needed. She brought out three for me to try on and 2 of them were even on sale. I ended up finding the perfect pair of Asics. I was very disappointed with the customer service that I got at Try Sports. They did not want to even look at my receipt to see that I was overcharged $20 and didn't care that I will not shop there anymore. Furthermore, the Assistant Manager wasn't even sure how discounts were given. I guess business is so good that they can turn customers away.
This place is great! The employees are really knowledgeable and so helpful- I had fun choosing my new shoes!
I absolutely loved TrySports. They were extremely helpful, laid back and understood what I was looking for in a running sneaker. I got the mizuno wave inspire 10 and I haven't had any issues with running since. Definitely worth the trip!
I had no idea a change in shoes would impact my running this drastically! Amazingly knowledgable staff (thank you Chris) helped guide me towards a more stable shoe from a brand I had never tried...but the first fun confirmed everything. I owe every extra mile to you all!
