I can only hope no one ever has to go through the experience and ordeal that we have had in trying to coordinate a memorial service with this facility. They have turned a terrible time in our lives where we could really use a ton of support into the biggest nightmare imaginable in trying to plan. After not receiving any return phone calls from the facility or the facility director Diane, we've started calling other ACTS facilities to get contact numbers for the corporate staff and board of directors to no avail.
