I visited to try on wedding dresses and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. From the beginning, Jo (who I have now learnt is the store owner) came across as quite judgemental when I mentioned I wasn’t ready to make a purchase and was simply exploring styles. My partner and daughter had a bad experience with customer service. The staff member (on the weekend) was rude and not helpful, which made the interaction uncomfortable.
