Competitively priced and friendly customer service. Pick-up experience however was a low point. Directions to the pick-up site which is off airport were unclear meaning we wasted a significant amount time looking for it. Also the site is located in an area that doesn’t feel very safe.
For my daughter's 13th birthday, she wanted to arrive at her party in her favorite car, a TESLA....After renting with Budget, and was highly disappointed after they couldn't fulfill the reservation, my husband found TRY A TESLA. I made one phone call, explained the situation to Indre, and was told to head over. Once there, I was greeted, and we got the process started, which was a smooth and quick one.
