Sasha is a horrible representative! First, she asked if she should text or call. I said text. Well she called twice and wouldn't text. Then she texted after a few minutes and said she needed to ask me a couple of questions. I said ok. I waited 15 minutes and asked what questions she needed to ask. She never responded!! Unprofessional! Will use a REAL law firm that has values and professionalism!!

I was charged $1095, $100 more than all of the advertising I see about them. What I received is NOT the wishes that I told Jeff Pickering I wanted. He reallocated the percentages for my children to how he saw fit, totally ignoring what I told him. THIS was done AFTER I sent him several emails asking him to correct it and HE RESPONDED, "OKAY, GOT IT!" My husband and I have young children, we were worried about who would advocate for them if something were to happen. After doing our research and staying in our budget we found that TruWill was perfect for us.
