I was charged $1095, $100 more than all of the advertising I see about them. What I received is NOT the wishes that I told Jeff Pickering I wanted. He reallocated the percentages for my children to how he saw fit, totally ignoring what I told him. I called their customer Service # on Tuesday and was told by whoever the guy was that he would speak to Jeff and get back to me, to allow him until the end of the week. BEWARE. As of June 10, 2026 I have been waiting over 3 months for someone to contact me about drawing up a trust. I'm out of $700. About to start legal action. All I get is an operator named Gabe who makes empty promises.
I am still waiting fir the Deed of Trust which should been sent in April. Their customer rep keeps telling me that "they are backed up". Never a text or call regarding the delay unless I initiate. I will attempt one more time but stay away from this company.
Had them sending me Text messages at 7 o’clock in the morning and after 9:30 in the evening when I called to tell them to stop doing it, he wanted to argue with me! I told him it’s against the law FCC regulations he looked it up while he was talking to me and told me I was wrong. I will forward it to the FCC so he can deal with them, but if he’s going to argue with somebody over this something so stupid instead of apologizing, can you imagine trying to work with them. Took over 1 year for this company to send me an email with my requested and updated will. Never did get a mailed copy as paid for. After 2 months of calling, emailing with no result, I just printed off my own copy. I will never reffer this company to anyone. Buyer beware
