Zero Discretionary and personalization. Went it to discuss what options we have for loans to purchase a business. Everything was done at the counter. We wanted to be able to have 1-1 sitting and going over all our options. The clerk did everything at the counter. I think when people are making a decision finacally and want to discuss loans maybe you take us to a desk and give us the 1-1. We got no papers on what they offer ect. We have been with truwest for almost 30 years. All of our pensions go here and we run all our money thru them. However recently they did some sort of upgrade to their online system and totally screwed it all up. Kicked me out of online access, after three phone calls to remedy this they made me set up a whole new online account, didn't give me Bill pay access until I called and insisted they deal with this.
