Pretty darn poor service for a credit union. Visiting Tempe to help my Nia-immobile elderly father. He wants to clear out his safe deposit box. They say he has to come in to do that in person. What part of immobile are you unable to understand? Is this really the first time you’ve had this issue with an elderly family member- in Phoenix!?! get that you have to be safe and protective, but there was zero ability to do creative or collaborative problem solving. The Teller was very professional and knowledgeable about all my banking issues. I appreciate the time he took to get my questions answered.
I don't bank with them but I needed a signature loan. They explained they don't do those and helped me figure out where I could easily and safely online. They were super helpful and really really nice. Thank you so much y'all.
