If you are considering changing your phones over to Truvista...DON'T! When it was all said and done it was over $50 more per month than quoted. The bills were simply like "send this amount". No details, no nothing. When we called to ask anything, it's "let me check with my manager". If they bother to get back in touch with you, the manager doesn't seem to know anymore than anyone else. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to an outage we had 11/3/2025 and there were no notifications sent out at all nor was there anything posted on their website. They finally put a recording when dialing their customer service number. This is concerning due to working from home. As someone who works from home we need some sort of confirmation of these types of outages to report to our bosses. Other than that the service has been reliable and haven’t had any issues.

First, I went in to pay my bill with my debit card, but was told I had to use cash or a check. A few minutes later I returned with a check but the system was down. After I left the office I received a text reminder about my bill. Very frustrating experience.
