So a week ago today, I called to report my line was cut by a contractor and I needed it fixed. Came out guy said he didn't have the tools to splice it. I live in the city and I swear internet goes out every few days a month or two. This weekended it has been out 3 days now. How does a small business owner make money when they have to for get a hotel room 30 minutes away to get internet. Truvista are crooks, over charge and are short staffed.
