I live in the city and I swear internet goes out every few days a month or two. This weekended it has been out 3 days now. How does a small business owner make money when they have to for get a hotel room 30 minutes away to get internet. Truvista are crooks, over charge and are short staffed. Amazing
Been with this trash internet company since 2014 only because that's all there is in the rural area outside of Winnsboro. Every day there is some issue , either the phone won't have dial tone or the Internet is out or both . Reset the box over and over. This company does not deserve the one star I gave them so I could post this . True Garbage, true rip-off , true sheetstain or true frustration is a better name for the Internet company.
Mine was working fine, until I got upgrade I didn't request, now it's terrible
