The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is due to an outage we had 11/3/2025 and there were no notifications sent out at all nor was there anything posted on their website. They finally put a recording when dialing their customer service number. This is concerning due to working from home. As someone who works from home we need some sort of confirmation of these types of outages to report to our bosses. Other than that the service has been reliable and haven’t had any issues.
First, I went in to pay my bill with my debit card, but was told I had to use cash or a check. A few minutes later I returned with a check but the system was down. After I left the office I received a text reminder about my bill. Very frustrating experience.
The worst internet, the worst customer service. Overcharges for services we never used.
