UNPROFESSIONAL, not having a proper information about the service, reception girl doesn’t understand English even.

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with this firm’s severe LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM and ACCOUNTABILITY. Over the last three months, their handling of my file has caused constant STRESS AND HARASSMENT. Not so true , Guys do your homework too before coming, lol even thru a well known reference shit can get so weird. I came to do the reconsideration for a refused visitor visa which was applied without an AOR from the sponsorship application . IRCC clearly mentioned of the docs which not to upload in the reconsideration as they look up as new information which was omitted from initial submission.
