It was a big mistake we lasted 1 month in memory care… we filed a complaint with public health. Hopefully they improve their memory care. It was not what my brother-in-law or anyone there deserved . My husband visited between 3 am and 7 am on multiple days no staff was ever present in the memory care unit & residents were out of their rooms in the commons in their underwear, another was screaming for food. Don’t put your loved one there ….
Trustwell Living Springfield is a crown jewel in the Springfield, IL area. They just cut the ribbon on their brand new Memory Care community and it could be nicer or more inviting to our families and Residents.
