We went to this bank for our home equity loan and spoke with Shelby on opening up the loan and the process took forever she told us we would be getting a discounted rate if we opened up a checking account for auto payment and a credit card which we did after the whole process was done she told us everything looks good and now after two months of payments they still didn't give us the discounted rate. Work across street tryed to open acount up during my lunch time they were snobbish and arrogant waited about 25 minutes so sad i left and open an account at summit. So sad they were unprofessional rude and funny acting i have great credit trust fund money coming every quarter i have 2 coworkers that are members who have been members when it was laddish creditunion they agree with me
Employees are always so kind and helpful. I've been going here since before they became truestone. Absolutely great bank overall.
