We went to this bank for our home equity loan and spoke with Shelby on opening up the loan and the process took forever she told us we would be getting a discounted rate if we opened up a checking account for auto payment and a credit card which we did after the whole process was done she told us everything looks good and now after two months of payments they still didn't give us the discounted rate.
