Worst bank I’ve ever worked with. Lack of communication and professionalism. Called back multiple times if not on their time not happening. Regret signing up for anything with TruStone.
I can’t stand this bank. Every single thing I try to do is inconvenient. I took out a home equity loan. In order to pay it I had to go to my bank pull out money go to their bank to pay it in person. Eventually I was able to call but every month it was a hassle and an argument to try and pay. They kept saying to add my bank online to make transfers I tried over 5 times. It. Does. Not. Work.
