Worst credit union ever! I have a credit card here and as soon as I pay it off, I’ll be closing that credit card affinity is so much better! This company harasses me and calls me almost every single day to make my credit card payment which I do . I have never had that happen before And it’s disgusting behavior.
Please, don’t let them fool you with their marketing as a “local, trusted, hometown bank”. Do yourself a favor and pick another bank to do business with.
I have been a member at Trustone Financial since before they were Trustone Financial (for the past nearly 20 years). I find the staff at the branch location near me as well as at the Burnsville location where I first opened my account incredibly helpful. Chaltu in particular has helped me on several occasions now, including providing excellent knowledge & advice and helping me through lengthy tasks such as opening and closing accounts, transferring funds, and setting up mobile banking. Update: A nank officer talked to me and he corrected the tellers confusion/mustake. Good company can bounce back from a mistake. I will get my next loan here. Thanks. Original: Went in to use a teller inside. The teller was rude and didn't want to give me change, saying my $20 bill had a tear. She read me the riot act how it was up to me to 'stick' someone else with bad bills and don't expect THE BANK, to help me. I was shocked, so rude.
I stopped in today to talk to a banker about vehicle loans and I left even more confused than when I walked in. Needless to say, I don't even know what vehicles I can/cannot get a loan for so I will likely go to another place for my loan.
