Was at the Burnsville branch on hwy 13.been banking here over 16 years, no problems now I'm starting to get disrespected by the teller, old woman who wears glasses and is just a nasty person. Im 71 years old and a Vietnam veteran with ptsd.last week she wouldn't even touch my card like im diseased or somthing.her behavior triggered me for 3 days.anyone got a suggestion for how to deal with her?

Would not accept a dollar bill because it was slightly crumpled and faded. Very strange policy, I have never heard that From any other bank in my life.
