love the environment. really nice people
This is the slowest bank ever. I completed an application for a loan and grant back in October of this year and I'm still waiting. When I first applied the rep act as though this would be a week process, it has turned into several months process, and still waiting. When I call, she's either out of the office for the day or either not returning calls or emails. This is very frustrating and I will not refer anybody to this particular branch. This is the WORST and SLOWEST bank I ever dealt with.
