I was having trouble with a different bank, and was frustrated to say the least. Although I was being very "un-personable" that day, the manager "Johnny" seemed to welcome the challenge, and spent -- what seemed like an extra amount of time -- to answer my questions and have me calm and collected enough to have me sharing with everyone to "have a Good day" afterwards.
