The level of service I have always had when dealing with Trustmark Bank, top notch people and service. Bethany was my contact person at the Gulfport location and she answered all questions, was on top of the transaction at all times, and is a very Professional person. It takes a week for my money to get deposit, and when I pay bill, it takes a week for the money to go through. Kept getting overdraft because of this reason. And someone wrote a fraudulent check, my banker told me I was a liar. I had to make a scene before the manager came over to help. They didn't even want to provide me the paper so I can get a police report for the identity thief. Overall, worst experience I ever had. In the progress of changing bank.
Trustmark chose to close all of their branches in the southern end of Alabama for three consecutive days to celebrate Mardi Gras. They claim the branches are not accessible due to the parades, even though the branches are not on parade routes. It is clear this is a business that has no regard for its customers and will gladly lie to cover for its selfish decisions.
Stuff is rude, especially on the phone. They will charge you fees but wouldn't explain what for and nobody will help you to solve the problem. If you don't pay they will close the account and send it to the collection burrow.
Unbelievably rude and uninterested tellers. Some one should tell them that it's part of the job to acknowledge customers standing in line, especially if they have been there for a few minutes. Maybe say "Hello we'll be with you in a minute" even if it means taking a break from talking about Sunday night television. Wells Fargo and Bank America will be in McComb soon, Trustmark - then watch out! They actually train their tellers in customer service..
