Antiquated bank. Cannot handle basic account management fully online - like you can with virtually ANY other financial company nowadays. Have to call on telephone or go into branch. And then if you call, you are met with 73 minute wait time, which means they simply dont want to hire enough people to handle customer needs, so customers suffer.
